🐝 My animal:
My superpower:
My story prompt:
HIVE
Every bee in a hive has a role. In an interview, you do too.
Use your animal’s prompt to build a story interviewers remember.
Set the scene. Where, when, what was happening?
What was your role? Why did you step up?
What did you do? Be specific about your choices.
What happened? Numbers help.
🐝 60-second practice: Partner up. Tell your HIVE story in 60 seconds. Partner gives one strength, one suggestion. Switch.
McKinsey and BCG now test AI collaboration in interviews. They want clear thinking, not AI expertise.

Structure

🐝 Ask
Rewrite this into something sharp:
“How can we improve our company’s hiring process?”
🐝 Structure
Break this into MECE buckets (no gaps, no overlaps):
“Why are international grad students struggling to get US interviews?”
🐝 Refine
What would you improve about this AI answer?
“To increase sales, focus on social media, improve the website, and hire more salespeople.”
“Only when our clever brain and our human heart work together in harmony can we achieve our full potential.”
— Jane Goodall
